Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and global public holidays).
We use sturdy delivery bags and protective materials to ensure your shoes arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Transit
International Transit (International Warehouse → U.S.)
4–7 business days via our international courier to the U.S. distribution centre.
Domestic Transit (U.S. Carrier → You)
2–3 business days via our partner domestic carrier.
Total Estimated Shipping
6–10 business days from shipment date (after processing).
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts).
Flat-Rate Shipping of $4.90 on orders under $100.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
Cost: $2.99 per order
Coverage: Insurance against loss, theft, or damage during both international and domestic transit.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is marked “Fulfilled,” you’ll receive an email with:
International courier name & tracking
Domestic carrier name & tracking number
“Fulfilled” indicates your order has shipped from our international warehouse.
Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Incorrect Address: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages: If returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm or correct your address. Any additional reship charges will be quoted at that time.
Carrier Delays: Occasional delays (customs clearance, weather, carrier backlogs) can occur. We only receive feedback from our last-mile logistics once a ticket has been flagged by our customer.
Customs Delays: On rare occasions, shipments may be held in customs. Our Support team will address these promptly once you submit a ticket.
Changing or Canceling an Address
Before Fulfilment: Email hello@barestep.com within 24 hours of placing your order to update your address, as long as your order has not been fulfilled.
After Fulfilment: Once marked “Fulfilled,” the package is in transit and cannot be rerouted. Refer above under “Delivery Issues” if delivery fails.
