Love these shoes! They are so comfortable! I have been wearing them all day! I live the reinforced support on top of the shoe to protect the toes from bumping it against something accidentally as I learned very quickly going up the stairs. I was greatly surprised that it kept my foot protected. I would recommend these shoes.

I have a love/hate relationship with these shoes. I bought 2 pairs on a Christmas buy one get one sale. My daughter and I had been talking about these barefoot shoes for a while so I thought these would be a nice gift for her and myself. She loved them right off, but in the beginning of February the soles of the shoes started to peel off. After a month of randomly wearing them, at $79 dollars for a pair, not acceptable! It took me a few times wearing mine to get use to them. I only wear socks because shoes hurt my feet. I am not very mobile, I only walk short distances, car to door, usually I am in motorized carts. Basically I don't do much walking. The shoes help me to pick up my feet more and the no shoe feeling is great. Anyway, my shoes are still in tact except the ends of the laces have come out of the shoes. But, I really like these shoes and if I buy another pair I will make sure there is a warranty, because I am a low income, disabled, old lady, that can't afford these amazing shoes that only last a month or two.

I received my first pair and realized I had ordered a size too large. I love this pair even though they’re too big and I literally live in them. I replied to a buy one get one free in a smaller size. This is when my troubles began. I ordered a size 8 ladies one in black and one in blue. Paid $103.cdn dollars and it took like forever to receive this order. The blue ones fit but do not appear to be the same design as the first pair. The black ones were shipped in the wrong size (too small) and i followed your instructions regarding getting a replacement pair of black ones. Received a confirmation that my request was being handled however, the first problem I encountered was you took another $103 dollars from my account. The instructions I received was I would have to absorb some costs to return the ones you sent incorrectly but for $15. I could get a replacement pair. I agreed to this amount however my confirmation said you were shipped Grey not Black shoes. Received a refund of $71. not the $103. Which you charged me and furthermore I have not yet received the replacement order. I suffer from severe neuropathy and thought I had found the perfect shoe even though they are too big and planned to buy as many pairs as I could afford in the near future. All the things I’ve written above have changed my mind drastically. VERY disappointed in my overall experience with your company. Without prejudice and regards Daisy Hurley

Loved my first pair! Saw an email from Laura from barestep saying buy one and get one free!! Boots were included! Picked out shoes and pair of boots! Was excited when they arrived! Tried both on and had difficulty with both. Wore them out thinking just need to break in! Were not as comfortable and noticed the insole in shoes was gold and did not say barestep and Boots were made in China with no barestep or insole.. I think I was had!! So disappointed!!! Out $129.00!
My first pair of 2.0 were perfect. Within a couple of days my foot pain was gone. They were the best shoes ever and I wore them every chance I could. After 6 months they were worn out so I bought 2 more pair that were 2 different styles and they were to narrow and to tight so I emailed support and they gave me a big discount to buy 2 more pairs of 2.0. Both of them were notice my tighter than my first pair almost like they used less material. I emailed support again and suggested that they make them looser but didn’t hear back from them. If I could get more shoes that fit exactly like the first pair I would buy every color but due to their non existent return policy I can’t afford to keep buying shoes and hoping to get lucky. My suggestion is that they start making 1/2 sizes and more material so that they aren’t so tight on the top of my feet
I walk with this every day, and it started falling apart. The sole is fine, the shoes themselves, whatever it's made with, the fabric is breaking apart.
Shoes are nice, but was not happy about price found the same ones on another supplier… I could have gotten 4 pairs
